Each magnet is custom-made with care, hand-pressed and created specifically for you. Because every order is personalized and made-to-order, please review our policy below.

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind
  • Uploading an incorrect or low-quality photo
  • Ordering the wrong size or quantity
  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Personal preference after receiving the item

We kindly encourage you to review your design, photos, and order details carefully before submitting or approving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at intentionalmagnets@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will gladly replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Intentional Magnets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and will do our best to help guide you through the process.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Gifts & Bulk Orders:

All custom gift, event, and business/bulk orders follow the same policies outlined above. Refunds or returns are only available if the items arrive damaged or incorrect.
