Processing Time
All magnets are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day after your purchase. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Each order includes complimentary photo enhancements, including color adjustments, quality improvements when possible, and careful cropping for the best final result.
Shipping & Delivery
We proudly ship anywhere within the United States.
- $5.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders
- FREE shipping on orders over $50
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once packages are shipped, Intentional Magnets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made, orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase and before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
